All about me

Hello!

I’m Cassandra Quick,

LPC, RYT-200, Certified Coach

You lead. You give. You carry a lot. My work is to help your nervous system carry it differently—so your body, boundaries, and leadership finally move in the same direction.

I’m a trauma-informed coach and founder of the Embodied Rise Institute (and separately, a licensed psychotherapist for therapy clients in WI/OH). I blend somatic micro-practices, trauma-informed principles, mindfulness, EFT tapping, and trauma-conscious yoga into coaching that fits a real woman’s calendar. Relief you can feel this week. Integration you can keep for the long run.

My Story

I spent years as the “capable one”—high output, low margin. After my own season of PTSD and high-functioning burnout, I stopped chasing fixes that didn’t reach my body. I studied the science, stacked somatic tools that worked in minutes, and rebuilt from the nervous system up.

That shift changed my work. Today, I help women like you create steady, repeatable regulation—the kind that makes better sleep, softer relationships, focused days, and clear decisions feel…easier.

What I Do (and why it lands)

Nervous-system–first coaching for women who lead, achieve, and give.

I keep it simple and practical:

  • Fast resets you’ll actually use (2–5 minutes).
  • Clear plans for 90 days at a time.
  • Micro-practices between sessions so momentum doesn’t depend on willpower.
  • Hybrid options for when you want precision 1:1 and a small circle for co-regulation.

You won’t leave with homework that needs a silent retreat. You’ll leave with rituals that fit a Tuesday.

Boundaries & Ethics

Coaching is education and forward-focused support. It is not therapy or medical care. If you need therapy, I offer that separately to residents of Wisconsin and Ohio through my clinical practice. If you’re in crisis, please contact local emergency services or call/text 988 in the U.S.

Ready When You Are

If you’re carrying more than your system can comfortably hold, we can rebuild that capacity together.
