Q: How is this different from nervous system coaching?
A: Nervous system coaching focuses on regulation tools. This workshop goes deeper—to the IDENTITY beneath your leadership. We're not just teaching you to regulate. We're upgrading the survival beliefs that create dysregulation in the first place.
Q: What if I don't know which pattern I am?
A: That's what the first 90 minutes are for. You'll learn all 6 patterns with detailed descriptions, then diagnose yours through guided self-assessment. Most leaders recognize themselves immediately.
Q: Do I need therapy experience or knowledge of EMDR?
A: No. This is designed for leaders, not therapists. The techniques are accessible, evidence-based, and practical. You'll learn everything you need during the workshop.
Q: Will this be triggering or activate trauma?
A: This is trauma-conscious work, not trauma processing. We're working with beliefs and nervous system patterns, not revisiting traumatic events. Everything is optional, and you control your own pace.
Q: What's the difference between Virtual and In-Person?
A: Virtual participants receive the full workshop content and digital materials. In-Person participants receive printed workbook in professional binder, somatic yoga integration, and the in-person group experience. Choose based on your learning preference and location.
Q: What does VIP include that's worth the extra $200?
A: VIP adds: pre-workshop personalized voice note from Cassandra, sauna integration session, curated farm-to-table lunch, extended yoga, 1 hour group coaching, post-session integration email, and enhanced materials. It's for leaders who want deeper somatic integration and personalized attention.
Q: Can I bring a friend?
A: Yes, you're welcome to register together. Space is limited to 15 in-person participants total.
Q: What should I wear?
A: Comfortable clothing suitable for light movement (trauma-conscious yoga). VIP participants should bring swimsuit/towel for sauna integration.
