Enrollment and Payment

When you enroll in our coaching programs or services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Payment terms will be clearly outlined at the time of enrollment. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor.

Payment Terms:

  • Payment is required prior to or at the time of service delivery unless otherwise agreed
  • All fees are in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated
  • You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your purchase
  • Prices are subject to change with notice

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our refund and cancellation policy will be provided to you at the time of enrollment and may vary by program or service. Generally:

  • Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to support@embodiedriseinstitute.com
  • Refund eligibility depends on the specific program terms provided at enrollment
  • Cancellations for scheduled sessions must be made at least 24 hours in advance
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the session

Client Responsibilities

As a client of Embodied Rise Institute, you agree to:

  • Take responsibility for your own decisions and actions
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding other participants in group coaching settings
  • Seek appropriate professional help for medical, legal, or mental health concerns

Confidentiality

We maintain the confidentiality of all client information shared during coaching sessions, except where disclosure is required by law or where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others. In group coaching settings, all participants are expected to maintain confidentiality regarding information shared by other group members.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Embodied Rise Institute shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use our services
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the service
  • Any content obtained from the service
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Our total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the services in question.

Indemnification

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through mediation or legal proceedings in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Wisconsin.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements or policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Embodied Rise Institute regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties.
